  Le site affichait le véhicule comme disponible 🚗, donc j’ai organisé mon voyage en fonction de cette réservation 📅. Pourtant, seulement 60 minutes avant la prise de possession, on m’appelle pour m’annoncer qu’il n’est finalement plus disponible 😔.

  J'ai apprécié le professionnalisme de l'équipe, la rapidité du service et la facilité du processus de location. Le personnel était courtois, le véhicule était propre et en excellent état, et l'ensemble de l'expérience s'est déroulé sans problème. Merci pour votre excellent service !

  My stay in Montreal has been a complete disaster, and Enterprise just added to it. I spent at least an hour this morning on the phone with Enterprise making a reservation for a car for two days. After finally getting everything confirmed through the main reservation line, I received a call from the Longueuil branch telling me that, although my reservation was for 12:00 p.m., the car wouldn't be available until 4:00 p.m. That completely disrupted my plans. I specifically requested a noon pickup for a reason. Then, around 3:00 p.m., I called the branch to confirm the car would actually be ready. That's when I was told they didn't have a car for me at all. Despite having a confirmed reservation, there was no vehicle available. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I planned the next two days of my trip around having a rental car, and now those plans are completely upended. This is simply unacceptable customer service. A confirmed reservation should mean a vehicle is available when promised, or at the very least that a reasonable alternative is provided. Instead, I was left without a car and without a solution. Canada seems to be a third world country. Completely disorganized.
