Extremely disappointing experience — beware of the bait-and-switch. Please be very careful when renting from this Enterprise location. My experience was that they use what felt like a classic bait-and-switch approach. I specifically booked a Premium vehicle, only to be given a Compact vehicle instead. When I raised the issue, rather than acknowledging the mistake or offering any reasonable resolution, I was told that the Compact vehicle was supposedly more expensive than the Premium vehicle I had reserved — and therefore, in their view, no apology, adjustment, or refund was necessary. Regardless of how they justify the pricing, I reserved a specific class of vehicle and was given a completely different, lower-class vehicle without my agreement. The way the situation was handled was particularly disappointing. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend carefully checking your vehicle class and rental agreement before accepting the car. EDIT - Responding to Owner I posted this review AFTER I got in touch with the Enterprise branch. The email response was useless.
