  We booked a car online and when we showed up to pick up the car there were no cars available. We were told that it was a 'glitch' in their system that allowed bookings when there were no vehicles avaable. We then called enterprise main office who booked us a car at another location and assured us there was a vehicle there. We drove to the other location and there was no vehicle. They then booked us another vehicle now for the afternoon at yet another location. Learning our lesson we called the location first only to be told there were no vehicles there either. Enterprise then told us that a manager was working on getting a vehicle and would call us back. Despite a few more phone calls with rude employees no one called us back. We needed to be home by that night and ended up paying 4x the price to get us there. Do not use this company. Marisa, I've also shared my experience with Enterprise directly and have heard nothing back. I'm sure you can look up my reservation yourself and pass the information along, or perhaps have someone actually do their job and respond.

  AVOID: Left Stranded Despite Booking Nearly Two Months in 👎🏻👎🏻 Cliff notes: Completely Unacceptable I booked a rental vehicle with Enterprise on June 23rd for a trip from August 15th to August 18th, with a scheduled airport drop-off. Despite having this confirmed reservation for nearly two months, I showed up at the branch today only to be told that they had zero cars available for me. To make matters worse, staff claimed they had notified me via email—an email that was timestamped literally 20 minutes before my arrival at the counter. When addressing the situation, the branch manager/supervisor offered no alternatives, no partner transfers, and no actual solutions. Instead, they repeatedly deflected with a rehearsed script to every stranded customer in line: "I understand and I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do." My entire travel itinerary across Canada was planned around having this vehicle. Because of Enterprise’s gross overbooking and complete failure to honor confirmed reservations: * I missed a time-sensitive reservation scheduled just 1.5 hours after pickup. * My travel onward to Quebec City was completely disrupted, putting multiple prepaid bookings and scheduled escape room reservations at immediate risk. A confirmed reservation should mean a vehicle is secured. Giving a customer a 20-minute heads-up after two months of holding a booking demonstrates zero operational reliability and an utter disregard for customers' time and travel plans. Avoid this branch if your trip depends on dependable transportation.

  I had an excellent experience with this rental agency from start to finish. Hamdi provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make everything smooth. He even upgraded my options and offered me a better car than expected, which was a great surprise. Truly exceptional service—I highly recommend them !!!

  This was one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had. I reserved a vehicle in advance through Enterprise and received confirmation that the booking had been completed. When I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle I had reserved was not available after all. Instead of honouring the reservation, I was told to go to another Enterprise location to try to find a different vehicle. By that point, I had already wasted a significant amount of time. To make matters even worse, I was told that my UAE driver's licence would not be accepted, even though Enterprise's own rental agreement indicates that foreign licences are accepted under the applicable conditions. Receiving conflicting information from employees and the company website was incredibly frustrating. In the end, the entire experience was disorganized and stressful. The purpose of making a reservation is to know that a vehicle will be waiting for you when you arrive. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Enterprise needs to improve its communication between locations, honour confirmed reservations, and ensure that employees understand and apply the company's own policies consistently. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
