  My experience with Enterprise Car Rental was okay overall, but it could have been better. The information provided during the booking process should have been more accurate, especially regarding the specific model of the car.

  Excellent Service. I booked a small SUV on-line, but discovered it was not the right size that I needed. The agent was able to find a proper sized vehicle for our needs. I will definitely book with Enterprise again.

  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. The rental rates were much higher than expected, especially considering the condition of the vehicle. The car I received was old, showed significant wear, and did not match the quality I expected for the price I paid. Charging premium rates while providing outdated vehicles is unacceptable. I hope Enterprise Canada improves both its pricing and the quality of its fleet.

  Very helpful staff following an insurance claim. Thanks to the lady that told me that often when the insurance cheque is sent out we are no longer eligible for a rental under our protection. It was my first experience with an insurance claim and my insurance never told me this. I really felt that she had my best interest at heart. Highly recommend doing business with them!
