Aucune explication malgré des disponibilités sur le site, ton hautin et finit par raccrocher au nez. Tout un weekend chamboulé. un manque flagrant de professionnalisme et de courtoisie, étonnant pour une enseigne connue.

Dix minutes avant l’heure de votre réservation, ils vous appelleront avec un ton entraînement arrogant et froid pour vous informer qu’il n’y a pas de voiture disponible et qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire. Si vous n’êtes pas satisfait, vous pouvez faire une plainte. Ironiquement, à l’heure d’écrire cet avis, leur site web affiche encore de la disponibilité….
