- LMLuc MarierJun 29, 20261.0J’ai été très mal conseillé de l’employé NC0075. Je n’ai pas eu le service à ce qu’un client doit s’attendre. J’avais des doutes par rapport à d’autres expériences mais cette fois j’y suis aller pour voir si un filtre à transmission était disponible puisque chez Joliette Auto parts, l’employé n’était sûr du bon numéro sur les deux que le catalogue présentait. Alors chez Carquest Joliette l’employé me commande le filtre à $71.et me vend 8 litres d’huile à transmission à $18. l’unité. Sauf que il y avait un spécial sur cette huile à transmission au 4 litres , soit $30. 2 4 litres à $30. = $60 8. Litres à $18. = $144. J’aurais économisé $84. Je ne sais pas si l’employé est payé au pourcentage mais … j’ai été très mal conseillé. Je suis aller au Canadian Tire pour voir la différence, le filtre est à $26 au lieu de $71. Et l’huile, le commis te propose toujours celui en spécial. Très déçus de l’employé NC0075 du Carquest de Joliette …
