I believe it may have been a refueling fee, but I returned the vehicle with the fuel level at approximately half a tank, which was the same level it had when I picked it up. I called to ask for clarification about the charge, but my calls were disconnected twice before I could speak with anyone. Unfortunately, I was unable to get through, so I’ll have to wait until next week to visit the location in person. I found this experience frustrating and unprofessional, and I would appreciate an explanation for the additional charge.
- TTTATIANA PERRINE TOUKAMJun 11, 20261.0This is my 2nd time trying to rent with this branch First time they called 2hrs before my appointment to let me know they didn’t have cars to rent and said I should try at another branch in Gatineau This time they called me at 9:40, 1h before my appointment to cancel saying there were no cars in their inventory and when I mention that I booked directly on the enterprise website and it showed they have multiple different cars up for renting, he said the systems hadn’t updated. Mind you I booked the car at 1:15am today!! Once I understand, twice is just frustrating. And an hour before my appointment is just crazy Next time mention on the website that you might have your appointment cancel at the last minute Thanks
