    Let me specify that I have had only good experiences at this location until now. I have been a loyal customer of National (executive elite member) and have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude employee. My original booking was for 4PM on July 6 but my flight got cancelled and rebooked so I arrived at 8:30 PM. I went to the emerald club isle and was greeted by someone. I explained my situation and he tells me that the cars were overbooked and they have none. I asked what am I supposed to do and he said that he'll try his best to find me a car. I asked how come it's overbooked and he couldn't answer but just said it happens. I said that's National's problem, not mine. He agreed and said he'll find me a car. Up to that point everything was fine. I go back to the entrance and sit down. As I'm waiting, I see other people get into the car, one guy was with me on the shuttle so I knew he just arrived. At this point I don't see the National employee anymore so I walk out. When I see him, I walk up to him and ask him how come there's another guy getting a car. Instead of explaining to me the situation he elevates his voice and tells me he's trying to find me a car and to wait. Tells me to look around, that there are no cars for me. To be fair, there were cars around but I guess none that can be taken? At this point I just repeat my question, and he starts telling me to stop yelling (I wasn't yelling) and tells me "chill chill chill". From thereon, whenever I said anything he just said "chill chill chill" completely disregarding me and just walks away. I ask him what his name is and he wouldn't tell me. He also had no name tag on. I don't think this is within policy to remove your name tag or not answer when I ask your name. At this point I'm standing there astounded, he comes back after a bit and just points at a car on the Enterprise side and tells me to take it. I go up to it, and then the Enterprise employee tells me that they have to move that vehicle to National for me to be able to rent it. I walk back to the front where the National employee is and tell him that he needs to request the vehicle to be move to the National side. He tells me "that's too bad". I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I go back to the National kiosk inside and met with an asian girl that was much more helpful and tried to find me a car. I find out that the employee name is Andy. I wait there and then maybe the manager or someone comes back accusing me that I cussed at Andy and said hurtful things to him. I did not. They then tell me that they cannot rent to me because of that. I have never been disrespected like this in my whole life. Customer service employees should deescalate situations, not escalate them. I have filed an official complaint via National's phone number. I'm absolutely disgusted being treated like this. Andy should not be customer facing if he cannot handle his work environment in a professional manner.

    Upon our arrival into the Emerald aisle, we were met with a smiling face and a very pleasant young man. Carrel approached us and asked a few questions about our visit to Montreal and what type of vehicle we had in mind. He offered a full size truck for us to use and I politely declined as it was just too big for our needs. I appreciated Carrel trying to upgrade us but I told him make someone else happy driving that big truck. He offered another vehicle to us and we accepted, exchanged pleasantries and we started walking away. As we were walking away he called us and back and reached into his pocket ,grabbed a set of keys and said, I have something better for you and handed me the keys to another upgrade. Carrel already had made our experience with National a very pleasant experience, however, he didn't stop there and he made sure that we had an awesome experience with National that was well above our expectations. Thank You Carrel!

    Esperienza decisamente positiva. Prenotato un'auto dal 24 maggio al 03 giugno: tutto perfetto, alla consegna nessuna attesa, grande cortesia e disponibilità di Alodie e auto WW Tiguan praticamente nuova. Anche alla riconsegna nessun problema: servizio rapido ed efficiente con grande disponibilità di Fabiola. Consigliato per chi deve noleggiare auto all'aeroporto di Montreal, nessuna brutta sorpresa nemmeno sul costo finale.
