Le gérant Kevin et l’employée Sandra ont été d’une aide très appréciée pour résoudre un enjeu de location. Super service et bravo à ces 2 employés !!

Yesterday we picked up our rental car at Enterprise at the Montreal airport and I’ve NEVER had better service than I received with Sandra and Kevin! Sandra took care of us quickly and politely. Kevin went out of his way to be sure we understood essential aspects of our rental, an upgrade to a Mini Cooper SUV. The car was a delight to drive and Kevin made sure I was comfortable with the technology before we departed. Kevin and Sandra are exemplary representatives of Enterprise Canada and perfect role models for other employees!

Équipe (à YUL) très courtoise et efficace. Service exceptionnel d’Alex et des autres membres de l’équipe avec qui j’ai eu à échanger en personne ou au téléphone. Totalement satisfait. Mes attentes ont été dépassées. MERCI!!!

5/5 stars for the Enterprise team at the Montreal airport! Flight back to the US got canceled and there was no other flights, leaving me pretty stranded with zero ways to get home. Enterprise was literally the only rental desk out of the four I talked to that let me drive across the border and rent at 24. Huge thanks to the cute guy working the counter that morning, he was super helpful and made a stressful situation effortlessly. Definitely made a mess of a travel day way better!
