I needed to do a contract redo. And know
Due to construction they're in p4 garage. The manager Jason was great. They were quick, nice, super helpful and got me out in less than 8 mins. I appreciated all the in person enterprise teams across Canada. They did their part.
Manque de professionnalisme, les membres de l’équipe, 14:20, le 30 juin, un gros zéro. Ils rient au visage du client, raccrochent les appels, refusent de collaborer en répondant, je m’en fou. Honnêtement, une formation sur le service à la cliente devrait être donné, je ne peux pas croire que des employés agissent ainsi avec les clients. Plus précisément , un monsieur qui refusait de donner son nom, châtains aux yeux bleus, super arrogant et impoli. Suivi d’un autre monsieur minorité visible, qui semblait trouver le tout bien drôle. Il y a pleins de compagnies au même endroit, allez ailleurs!

Un immense merci à Yann et Olivier pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse !
Nous sommes partis de Sherbrooke pour venir rendre le véhicule à l’aéroport de Montréal, et tout s’est déroulé parfaitement grâce à leur professionnalisme et à leur compréhension. Ils ont pris le temps de nous accompagner, de répondre à nos questions et ont été vraiment arrangeants du début à la fin.
C’est un vrai plaisir de tomber sur des personnes aussi sympathiques et investies dans leur travail. Merci encore à tous les deux pour cette excellente expérience !

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Patrick at the Montreal Airport location was so disappointing that I felt it needed to be shared.
From the moment I approached the counter, Patrick was dismissive, impatient, and completely uninterested in helping. I came looking for assistance and was treated as though I was a nuisance rather than a customer.
What shocked me most was the complete lack of professionalism. Patrick barely gave me an opportunity to explain why I was there before telling me to step aside. There was no effort to understand the situation, no courtesy, and no basic customer service.
I spent hours at the location and never once felt that Patrick had any intention of helping me. His attitude was cold, rude, and dismissive throughout the interaction.
I’ve rented vehicles many times over the years and have dealt with countless customer service representatives. Patrick stands out as one of the most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered.
A company can have nice cars, competitive prices, and a good reputation, but one employee can completely ruin a customer’s experience. Patrick did exactly that.
Because of the way I was treated, I will not be renting from this location again. Customer service matters, and unfortunately Patrick made it clear that customer care was not a priority that day.

Unfirtunatley Enterprise has turned to be a terrible car rental company, after having been my go to for car rentals.
I returned the car full gas, they did their check said everything was good. Then the next day i was charged 150 dollars for gas !!!
I've been trying to call for 3 weeks now no luck. Always end up in the voice mail. Calling enterprise customer service is useless and a waste of time. I've been calling every other day since, my case has been thrown into the escalation black hole , nothing they can do.
So unless you're OK with Enterprise helping themselves into your credit card , find somewhere else to rent.
