  Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience avec cette entreprise de location de voiture. Nous avons réservé le véhicule en ligne, puis nous sommes arrivés le matin pour le récupérer, et tout a été rapide et efficace. Le prix est un peu élevé pour une location de seulement 7h à 20h, mais le service en valait vraiment la peine. Le personnel était professionnel et accueillant, surtout YANN qui nous a servis. Il a été très gentil, rapide et compétent. Il nous a proposé trois véhicules afin que nous puissions choisir celui qui nous convenait le mieux, et il a pris le temps de bien nous aider. Le véhicule était très propre et en excellent état. Au retour également, le processus a été rapide et fluide, sans complications.   Thanks to Mohammed and Jason at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, I was reminded why Enterprise is my first choice whenever I need to rent a vehicle. They were personable, helpful and really made my rental/travel much smoother. The Hyundai Palisades was excellent Will be back to this Enterprise location next time I'm in Montreal.

  Came in after picking up two different cars. The first one had minor mechanical issues and the second one had major mechanical issues. I had to take 4 hours out of my day to get the car towed from our home rental to their repair shop, then to YUL for another car. When I got there, They put me into a car thats back seat was too small for our carseat. I asked for a different car because the back seat was too small and was told by the manager who was on a personal call on their cell phone, "The backseat it too small? There is no way, go switch it with another location then." I said "you dont have any other cars?" And was completely ignored be all 3 people in the office. Went to the front desk to find another manager when the one ignoring me walked up and told me to move my car (it was in the return lane).Long story short, the manager and I exchanged some words and I contacted customer service and still have not heard back. I wasnt offered a bigger car or any solutions (which I would have gladly paid for) just told to get out of the parking structure.
