  J’ai loué une voiture premium chez entreprise, lors de mon arrivé la prise en charge a été super rapide et efficace un service client 5 étoiles, le véhicule n’était pas encore prêt à mon arrivé un autre véhicule m’a tout de suite été proposé en échange des 10 minutes d’attentes supplémentaires d’attente. J’ai apprécié le geste. Pour le retour, le retour se fait rapidement et sans problème je n’exagère pas si je dis que le retour du véhicule a pris 2 minutes. Enfin le véhicule a eu quelques problèmes mineur. Encore une fois le service client a tout de suite pris ma demande en compte et a été compréhensif. Je ne pourrais nommer le nom des 4 personnes qui m’ont pris en charge à la réception et au retour du véhicule. Mais service 5 étoiles. Je recommande fortement

  Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to say what an incredible experience I had with Enterprise. I rented a luxury sedan for my mini-moon, and from the moment I arrived at the airport to pick up the vehicle, I was warmly welcomed by both Kevin and Sandra. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Their level of service genuinely stood out and made the beginning of our mini-moon that much more special. They took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and made us feel truly taken care of rather than simply being another rental customer. Kevin and Sandra are wonderful representatives of Enterprise and a great example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Please make sure they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you again for such a positive experience. I will absolutely be choosing Enterprise again in the future!

  We have booked our car in advance and after making us waiting for over half an hour, they’re giving me a truck. Clearly knowing it’s difficult to park in city center and no one wants it. At the end of the day, their garage was empty and we just chose randomly a minivan, which is also way too big.

  I was running late for my flight, and had some issues on my rental contract regarding the kilometres provided and the mileage. I had to deal with a gentleman named Kevin on the front desk, who didn’t just only explained the reason behind the occurance of the problem but was also able to swiftly take care of all of my issues in a matter of few minutes. I was genuinely surprised and relieved how quickly the issue was resolved and I was able to catch my flight on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH

  Yesterday we picked up our rental car at Enterprise at the Montreal airport and I’ve NEVER had better service than I received with Sandra and Kevin! Sandra took care of us quickly and politely. Kevin went out of his way to be sure we understood essential aspects of our rental, an upgrade to a Mini Cooper SUV. The car was a delight to drive and Kevin made sure I was comfortable with the technology before we departed. Kevin and Sandra are exemplary representatives of Enterprise Canada and perfect role models for other employees!
