1/5 Stars Very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor service from Enterprise Trucks. I called ahead to book an appointment for an oil change on the truck. When I arrived at the garage this morning, I was told by the mechanic that the truck also needed an inspection. Nobody from Enterprise mentioned anything about an inspection when I booked the appointment over the phone. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have planned accordingly and arrived much earlier. I’ve now been waiting for over 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the work still isn’t done, despite having a scheduled appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment if there’s no proper communication or respect for the customer’s time? This is extremely frustrating, especially when people have schedules and responsibilities to take care of. A simple heads-up over the phone could have avoided this entire situation.

I recently rented a 14-foot truck from Enterprise, and I had an excellent experience. I drove approximately 641 km within 24 hours, and the total cost was under CAD $250, which was an incredible value. Before booking, I requested a quote from another popular rental service, and their price was more than four times higher. Enterprise offered a much more affordable option without compromising on quality. The truck was new, clean, and in excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly, and it was surprisingly easy to drive and steer, even for a long trip. Overall, I was very impressed with the price, condition of the truck, and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Truck Rental and would gladly rent from them again.

Excellent service! très courtois. Rappel après le depot de nuit pour confirmer tout les détails et la fin de la transaction.
