  Great experience. Derrick (I think) was really helpful and comped the second driver. We also got an upgrade on the car for free. The whole process was clear and seamless, both with pick up and drop off. No extra charges or upselling. It's really nice to have a smooth experience while traveling, when there's enough other factors to take care of.

  Just dropped my car at the airport - had a ford bronco was perfect, worked no issues and the handover perfectly organized. A feedback for the airport and the signage to find the car rental return from the highway, if this would be as good as within the airport would be super, unfortunately it’s a puzzle with very small hidden signs and if you drive within dawn it’s even a bigger challenge. So eventually as they show all kind of signs the car rental return should be bigger than post stamps;)

  J’ai loué un véhicule chez Alamo airport Montréal. La personne était très agréable et professionnelle. Il nous a laissé le choix du modèle. Le véhicule était nickel. La restitution impeccable. Je n’ai pas mis 5 car j’aurais aimé qu’on nous prévienne que les péages étaient fait par vidéo et payer après le retour du véhicule. Je recommande tout de même car ils sont à l’écoute et répondent aux attentes.

  Très bonne expérience avec Alamo Rent Car. Aucune attente au guichet, rapidité pour la remise des clés. Nous avions réservé une Kia Rio et nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement avec une Ford Mustang cabriolet. Le retour des véhicules se fait rapidement également. Remboursement de la caution sous quelques jours.

  Subject: URGENT: Dispute of Fraudulent Fuel Surcharge To whom it may concern, I am absolutely appalled to see a fuel charge on my final invoice for "2 liters" of petrol. Let me be perfectly clear: the vehicle was returned with a full tank. I personally ensured it was topped off in downtown Montreal, and the short drive to the airport this morning didn't even move the needle. To be charged over 7 CAD for a nonexistent fuel deficit is not only a blatant error—it feels like a deliberate attempt to nickel-and-dime a loyal customer. I have never encountered such a ridiculous surcharge when the vehicle’s own display confirms the tank is full. I am demanding an immediate refund of these charges. Please be advised that I am currently reconsidering my relationship with your company; I have no intention of patronizing a business that treats its clients with such bad faith. I look forward to your prompt correction of this "error." Sincerely,
