- CMChris Mourel3 days ago5.0I’ve been renting cars for many years, not only in Montreal but all over the world, and I can honestly say that this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company or employee. Zee was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and satisfied. You can genuinely tell that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She was friendly, professional, incredibly hardworking, and made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the level of service. I was honestly a little shocked because, unfortunately, it’s rare to find this kind of genuine customer service today. When someone goes this far above and beyond, I really feel it deserves to be recognized. If there were a Golden Buzzer for the best rental car associate, I would definitely hit it for Zee! She truly deserves the recognition. I can’t wait to rent from Enterprise on Boulevard St-Jean again. Thank you, Zee, for making my experience such a great one.
