  I recently had to rent a vehicle for a trip and the staff at this location were amazing. I had added a day to my reservation that changed the price of my initial reservation a lot. Well the staff was able to redo my reservation so that I was getting the same rate that I had when I booked months ago. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful they were! And when I returned the car they were once again super! Checked everything out made sure I had all the correct paperwork before I left. And when I got home copies of everything were in my email inbox. For sure next time I need a rental I will for sure visit their office in DDO. To all the staff there Thanks Again!!!

  The rental process is always seamless with Enterprise start to finish. I actually forgot my work phone in the console and had run back through the airport and had to take a bus to the rental counter and the woman at the counter was so great. Understood the situation and I was able to show the location of my phone via “Find my” in iPhone. She made some calls and was able to confirm the phone was found and in the hands of an employee. I wasn’t able to wait to get the phone back since the vehicle had already left the airport and traffic around YUL is very busy at the moment. Lucky I am flying back in to YUL in a few days and she said she will keep my phone in the safe and I can pick it up when I land at the airport. I am SO appreciative of the staff. I always have a good experience renting with Enterprise and this stressful situation (for me anyways) was handled so well and thoughtfully. I can’t thank your team enough!

  So far no good 2 stars... I did all the things, checked in on the app, paid in advance to ensure quick and easy transition, I got to the location at the time I was supposed to and no vehicles! They over book vehicles. Normally I'm ok with substitute vechile, but on this occasion I needed the seven passenger. Maybe look somewhere else if you need a specific vechile. The employees were very courteous, it's not their fault. Just bookings are too tight. Update: Alright, alright, added a star, apparently it's a crazy time for rental vehicles. The staff were very courteous, they look like they take a lot of flak from clients. (I was super nice, I gave myself a lot of wiggle room timewise) Still the vechile I received, despite being an upgrade, was slightly old for a rental, like 100,000 km on the odometer. Again, excellent staff.... Ok, ok 4 stars, the service from these people is very good, not their fault the system is the way it is. Ok, ok, ok.... FIVE STAR SERVICE These people! It just keeps getting better, So I was contacted with the option to return the vechile earlier than planned as they needed the vehicle for another client (luckily I was able to) and they reduced the total cost of my bill significantly. I expressed my initial dissatisfaction, along with praise as to how they handled the situation.... She gave me a 15% voucher off my next rental! Excellent service from Kimberly These people know customer service.

  I would give this location zero stars if I could! I made a reservation online months ago prior to my trip, I called multiple times beforehand to make sure it was good and I would have a van ready for my trip, I even called the night prior and was told “yes no problem, we have your van” until the next day when I was suppose to pick up the van at 12PM I received a call from them at 11:00AM to tell me they did not have a van and that the person who had it did not return it !! Why would you have a pick up reservation the day of someone drop off?!? Makes no sense to me. On top of it all it was Sunday so guess what? Most locations were either closed or closing early … without much time … they asked me to reserve online for that location (airport) but of course the website had said they did not have any for that day…. Sources location ended up calling the airport to have one saved for me but cost me almost double for the same van due to the airport location…. I do not recommend this company for rentals, completely unorganized.

  I specifically booked a seven passenger van, well in advance (nearly 6 weeks). When I arrived, they tried to switch me to an SUV. I explained to them that I booked the van because I needed the cargo space in the back and they told me it was no longer available. I SAW the van Inside getting washed. It was very frustrating and took over 40 minutes of me explaining to them how I specifically booked this van and this was the van that I was going to rent. Non negotiable. My sister ran a car rental place for many, many years. I know how it works. I was renting it at a lesser price than it could be rented to somebody else on the day. This happens all the time. I’m not saying that this was the case, but it is difficult to comprehend why a van that is sitting there, the van that I reserved, I’m being told is no longer available. 40 minutes. My time is valuable. My time is money. The 40 minute delay made me late to pick up my passengers and start my journey. It was unacceptable. Ultimately we did get into the van, but we were told we could not leave my car in their parking lot. They told me to park across the street at the mall, which has signs listed everywhere saying that you cannot park there unless you are a customer, or you will be towed. I had no choice but to leave my car there for two nights as I was already late due to trying to get the van that I had reserved. It was a little bit nerve-racking. My car was fine, the van was perfect and I returned it on time. Will I rent from Enterprise again? Possibly. Will I rent from that particular Enterprise again? No. I have been a customer of Enterprise for many, many, many years. Decades. Not once in renting at the airport location, the I’le Perrot location or at Enterprises throughout the United States have I ever had an issue like this. I would have rented at another location, but I needed to return on a Sunday, so it seemed convenient. It was definitely not. This needs to be addressed so it doesn’t happen to another customer.
