The absolute worst experience. Terrible employees. I was informed that they accept debit cards. I came back with a debit card and was then told they only accept credit cards. We then tried to run the debit card, and nothing; the machine kept cancelling it. My debit card works fine; I called my bank and even made a purchase to check. The Arab lady, I believe, Kenza, ripped the debit card machine out of her colleague's hand to help someone else. I was in line waiting for my turn. She should be fired or retrained properly. Absolute horrible experience. Will not let this go until this is resolved.

Très déçu, réservation complété en ligne. Lorsque je me présente en succursale, on m'explique qu'il n'y a pas de véhicule disponible dans la cour et qu'Ils sont désolé, cela après 45 min. d'attente. Nous sommes plusieurs clients dans la salle dans la même situations. Aucune solution ponctuel disponible. C'est la deuxième expérience similaire à cette succursale. Difficile pour un travailleur autonome comme moi, j'ai dû annuler des rdv important qui m'occasionne une perte de revenu ponctuel assuré. Dommage car les standards disponible peu fiable, ne prédispose pas un partenariat locatif équitable.
Very disappointed. I completed my reservation online. When I arrived at the branch, I was told there were no vehicles available in the lot and that they were sorry, after a 45-minute wait. Several other customers were in the same situation. No immediate solution was offered. This is the second similar experience I've had at this branch. It's difficult for a self-employed person like me; I had to cancel important appointments, resulting in a guaranteed loss of income. It's a shame because the unreliable standards don't foster a fair rental partnership.
