This public EVgo charging station in Prunedale provides fast charging for all major electric vehicles. Located on 8065 San Miguel Canyon Road, it's near Club de nutrición Five Stars Nutrition Herbalife, Subway. The site offers 24/7 access, is ADA-compliant, and supports both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors. While charging, drivers can visit nearby shops or grab food within walking distance. Customers can use the EVgo app to check charger availability, track sessions, and view Time-of-Use pricing where available. It's a convenient and reliable option for both local drivers and those passing through the area.
This is actually a very efficient charging station in the Prunedale Shopping Center. The chargers themselves are sort of hidden away which I think makes them less crowded and more available. My MACH E was able to get to 100 KW/hr and charged in no time! Places to eat with restrooms nearby as well.

Honestly, being new to the EV game, this is a safe spot. Tons of lighting so it doesn't feel sketchy being back there. And the changers are always clean & not messy. I've been to other places were they're all over the place but whoever manages this area, is doing a great job! I love how its also located in a shopping center so you can grab a bite while waiting or enjoy nature. ✨️

Appreciated the extra space (perfect if you’re towing a trailer) and the availability of stations. However, we tried two charging stations and they were both extremely slow (50 kW and 70 kW).

Stop making people download an app for everything! The charger has a slot for credit cards but it will not allow you to pay via credit card, and you instead need to create an account with EVgo, go through the entire process of setting up the account and loading money onto your account, and only then can you use the charger (not to mention, the app’s UI is terrible)
Editing my review to add: I complain about having to download the app to use the charger, and your solution is “report it via the app”? Clearly your response bot needs some work
