  The Enterprise employee I worked with was extremely patient and friendly, and took the time to help me choose between the two SUVs I was considering. The associate who helped me during the return process was excellent as well. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience from start to finish. I would rent from Enterprise again in a heartbeat.

  I would not rent from this location—or possibly from Enterprise at all. They rent vehicles they don’t actually have available. The first time, I reserved a Ford Explorer or equivalent, but when I arrived, only sedans were available. The second time, later that same week, I reserved a 5-seat SUV and again, none was available. People make plans based on these reservations and need dependable, honest companies for those plans to work. In both instances, I had to scramble to come up with a last-minute alternative. Enterprise, in my experience, is not dependable..

  I am very disappointed with my experience at this rental company. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my Visa gift card inside the vehicle. I immediately called and informed them, and they told me that the card was there and that I could come pick it up. I explained that I couldn’t come the same day, and they said it was fine and that they were open until 6 pm. The next day, I drove 25 miles to pick up my card, and suddenly they told me that it was not there and that they never said it was. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. My card was left in the car, I called right away, and they confirmed it. Somehow, overnight, it “disappeared.” I am extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty and responsibility. I will not be letting this go and I want other customers to be aware of my experience.

  EDITED: While our experience was not that great because the car we reserved was not available when we arrived, even though they called the night before to confirm our reservation. We were very disappointed in the selection of vehicles available to us. The young man who helped us find a vehicle my 6'6" husband would fit comfortably in was very patient & accommodating. If it wasn't for that young man I would rate this transaction much lower & we would have canceled our reservation. The general manager called us during our vacation & did his best to upgrade our vehicle, but it didn't work out. However, we really appreciated him contacting us. When we returned our vehicle they discounted the vehicle & made us feel valued. They really recovered well from the earlier issue & provided excellent customer service.
