  Horrible customer service. When I went in to return something that was under warranty, I was met by somebody that was very rude and didn’t seem to want to be there and didn’t seem to want to help me. They ended up not refunding me my whole amount only for the core. I had to go back days later and get my refund. I explained to the new customer service person what had happened and how I was treated and he laughed. I had been there for years prior will never deal with that location ever again.

  Joan T. at AutoZone Poway went above and beyond in assisting me with a new battery for my 1991 Miata. I was highly stressed because I needed to get a battery on Sunday night in order to have my car functional for Monday morning. Both Costco and O'Reilly's had told me they could not help me pnly 30 minutes before I was standing in front of Joan who gladly helped me and sent me on my way. Such customer service is rare these days. After this experience tonight, AutoZone will be my new go-to for car parts!

  Jefferey N. at the store in Poway, CA was amazing today. He went above and beyond with a level of customer service that I have not seen in years anywhere!! Did I mention that I came in about 5 minutes before he was supposed to get off? He helped me order filters (exterior and interior) for my car AND installed a headlight fuse. The fuse was so hard to reach, but he worked it until he reached it, removed it, and replaced it with the new one. He was there at least an hour over his time. In the end, he still had the same cheerful smile he had initially greeted me with. AutoZone, please do something special for him - he was doing more than his job!! AutoZone, you also need more "Jefferies"!!!
