  I encountered the most welcoming staff in this Autozone. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the workers. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They made everything quick and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for all my car needs.

  Llegué a la tienda buscando luces delanteras y el gerente de la tienda Rudy se tomó el tiempo de ayudarme y recomendarme las luces que mejor se acomodaban a mis necesidades y fue la mejor decisión. Me encantó el servicio que Rudy Jiménez me proporcionó y la ayuda al cliente que me dio. Las luces que él me recomendó fue la mejor compra definitivamente regresaré

  Great help I had went to the store on the other side of town to get my headlight and I asked if they could replace it and they told me no that not something they offer instead of arguing I went to this store the west olive and store manger Rudy was able to put in my lights in under 10 mins Will be coming back!

  I got my lights replaced at a Texas auto zone location a couple of weeks & they just went out on me. I stopped at this location during my traveling & Cody & Rudy were soooo helpful! Cody helped figure out the fuses weren’t the problem so Rudy checked the bulbs & pointed out the guy that originally replaced them touched the bulb, causing them to go out quickly. They then replaced the bulbs for no charge & I was on my way! 10/10 recommend this store & their friendly customer service!! Thank you guys so much!!

  Bad management.. the manager Aldan does not know how To run his store. I went in to get some car mats. Picked one out with a marked up price of $11.25. Went to go pay for it. Received my receipt and seen it charged $22.25 for said mats.. I took it back to the counter and told store manager aldan it charged me $22.25 for said mats. And told him I wanted them because it showed $11.25 in the barcode. He said somebody probly moved it. He said I can give your money back. I said mark it down to the price it said it cost on the shelf he said he can’t do that. I told him to give my money back.. and that’s false advertisement trying to scam people out of buying something that doesn’t match the price.. so I called the district office to report the incident. She said she was gonna let the district manager know and that they will contact me.. so I asked to get the number of the district manger just in case they don’t reach out.. she said yea put me on hold for about 10 seconds and then hung up….. so in my experience the auto zone on west olive has bad management form the store manager to the district office.. trying to scam people to buy there product with different price tags on them is a crime.. and needs to be addressed immediately…
