I found Sam’s shop Pomona Gear on maps/google after breaking down on my way back home to Arizona from L.A. hauling my Jayco Travel Trailer. My rear differential was howling and he test drove and nearly diagnosed it right away in the truck. He got back to the shop stayed open after hours to open up the rear diff to discover it was bad pinion bearings worn out and shaving off into the rear differential. He ordered the parts and got me fixed up and sent home in 24 hours. This man was amazing. The shop was amazing. My family and I were stranded trying to get home and he got me back on the road and full working order. The truck sounds beautiful. A true Godsend, thank you so much Sam for your care and attention and caring about my situation. He knew I just wanted to get home! By the way, his prices are amazing from everything I compared online and talking to people. This is the place you want to be!
