- JCJenna CarboneMar 21, 20261.0Terrible company. Installed my IID without approval from mandatory actions which they EXPLICITLY said they would do. I had concerns which I expressed to their representative and they re-assured me MULTIPLE times that they would “handle the tough part” and they would get approval from mandatory actions for me. They charged me $275 for installation plus $51.99 for Lease. I went to DMV to get my IID restriction and they had no record of ever being contacted by intoxalock and I was not eligible for the device. In an attempt to get the device removed I was told I would be charged $150 for removal of the device. They are currently in a “cyber security breach” or some security issue on their end and I can not reach out to ANYONE to help. I will still be required to install and IID after my 1 year suspension is up and you couldn’t pay me to use Intoxalock as my provider. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. They have been blatantly negligent and misrepresented their process in “helping” me through this difficult and confusing time. I have never felt more conned out of my money by a company.

Stuck for 3 days. And every time your car get lock out they will charge you for service $100 or $150. They device are out off service. They will threat you if you don't pay them. Manny was not helpful at all. If you want to remove the device they charge you. Even you dont use their shitty device. Better go choose someone more transparent. I wish I can give you guys ZERO 🌟.
