  I rented a car through Enterprise after being involved in a car accident, and the experience was excellent. Jorge has been helping me over the last few weeks, and he has been a top-notch representative throughout the entire process. He is extremely professional, efficient, and always straight to the point, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. His customer service and attention to detail truly stand out. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like Jorge on their team.

  Awful service, not because of agent, but because the place is understaffed resulting in long wait times. That one agent services everyone and then takes each person out to the car spends time showing the person and confirming everything, then comes back to take the next person; while taking phone calls that come pausing the interaction with the customer and delaying things further. Be prepared to stand in line maybe half an hour to an hour. (There was just one agent and about six of us waiting, fortunately I was just third in line.) Finally, after the wait, and this definitely clinched the reason for the one star rating; they did not have the car that I had booked! Which they had confirmed!!!! They do say on their site we will provide a similar car, but in this case they did not have a similar car because I had booked a convertible, but I found out it was not available only when I got there. In general, I find that some Car Rental agencies want to get your business however they can but when you actually arrive it's a different story. Bait and switch .... don't advertise a car that you don't have for that particular date and time.
