The guy looked it up and then walked away and never came back…… during this time, Three people had walked by me didn’t acknowledge me at all ….. just them on their cell phones…… after about 10 minutes of nobody coming be back. I asked one of the guys if he was gonna come back with the part or what was taking so long as they had already helped for other people that were in line and then he goes to find the other person that originally helped me and said I’m so sorry there was a miscommunication. here’s your part so when I asked him was a part of sitting on the counter the entire time he said I’m sorry I’m not sure there was a miscommunication. Sorry about that and then when I asked him about the installation that the other manager said they would do they said that they don’t do that ….. so I was not helped within a decent amount of time and leaving highly disappointed……. Wouldn’t recommend
