  One of the nicer locations but the neighborhood not so much. The store is larger than most other autozones and employees are pretty knowledgeable and helpful.

  Warehouse sized with no register-only staff, and a self-checkout that didn't work. The two people at the counter were, and I emphasize, SLOWLY, retrieving parts down the aisles. At a stroll. No, slower than a stroll. At the 'kid got sent to the principles office and is going to really slow enough school will be out before they get there' kinda slow. And they were chewing gum. With their mouths open. One of their friends walked in and the worker literally walk away from the counter mid-transaction to greet him like middle schoolers returning from summer break. Other staff were making themselves busy stocking or facing shelves and pretending customers just aren't a thing. Don't know what's wrong with the corporate culture at the store, but I'll never come here again.

  One of the managers named Briana at pomona location on holt, very rude and unprofessional. Just stands around doesn’t do her job when there’s clearly a big line of customers. This isn’t the first time I have issues with her and my husband has complained about her as well for being VERY rude. You shouldn’t hire people that aren’t happy with their job..

  Avoid this 'Hub' at all costs. I was sent here to do an exchange by the Ontario store which called ahead to confirm they had the part. (Mind you, I had to do this exchange because Autozone sold me the wrong part originally. I asked for a passenger side axle and was sold a drivers side) When I arrived, the manager handed me a part that DID NOT match the part number I was given by Ontario Autozone. I literally showed him a photo of the correct part number on my phone, and he dismissed it, looked me in the eye, and swore his part was the correct one. Guess what? It wasn't. It didn't fit. When I called to complain and request a refund since this was the 2nd time they did this, the manager actually tried to blame ME, claiming that “it wasn’t their fault” because I gave him the wrong car info… even though the other Autozone had already called it in AND I told him multiple times in store what I drove because the first store already got it wrong and this was the 3rd store I’d been to. Incredibly rude, incompetent, and unprofessional staff, even down to the managers. They can’t get the parts right and they won’t take accountability for their mistakes either. Save your time and go to O’Reilly’s. After visiting a 4th Autozone, they refunded me, and I then went to O’Reillys. They got it right the first time, it was 45$ cheaper and the quality was way better than what Autozone sold me. Will never do business with this company again. Side note - the manager that tried to blame me, literally hung up on my face after I asked him, how could I give the incorrect info if the other Autozone is the one who spoke with you guys about the part I needed? Wouldn’t that have been on you guys if you miscommunicated? I also called out the fact that again, I showed him the exact part number and he chose to ignore it. He lied and said that never happened, but my mechanic was with me and saw me show it to him. It’s also gonna be on camera of course. After I called these things out, he hung up on my face. Talk about unprofessionalism!

  Not helpful at all. Walked in and told them I was picking up a part I had paid for at another location and bright my receipt. The guy looked it up and then walked away and never came back…… during this time, Three people had walked by me didn’t acknowledge me at all ….. just them on their cell phones…… after about 10 minutes of nobody coming be back. I asked one of the guys if he was gonna come back with the part or what was taking so long as they had already helped for other people that were in line and then he goes to find the other person that originally helped me and said I’m so sorry there was a miscommunication. here’s your part so when I asked him was a part of sitting on the counter the entire time he said I’m sorry I’m not sure there was a miscommunication. Sorry about that and then when I asked him about the installation that the other manager said they would do they said that they don’t do that ….. so I was not helped within a decent amount of time and leaving highly disappointed……. Wouldn’t recommend
