  As others have pointed out on the EVGO and PlugShare Apps & websites, these particular systems can be finicky & don't always wanna turn on. I might suggest going across the street to Shell where there are charge points, both level 2 and level 3 often available and even a bit of shade.* Anyway yeah, I had some challenges getting this EV go charger started initially even though I had both their app and the physical EVGO card. Eventually, when into support things started working, although I don't know that if representative actually did anything to make that happen. I had a similar problem at an EVGO in Sacramento and I think they're just finicky. Pro tip? Zip across to the Shell station where there are both a level two and level three charger that are sometimes available. I think those chargers are a little cheaper as well. Not that they go up in price at 4 PM when the power is no longer renewable clean energy.

  Would not take my card. Attempted app would not take. Called helped number but service was disconnected. I believe this charging station is closed.

  Tried both , had to call.one started then quit. Moved to the other charger, didn’t work had to call again. Looks like it’s working but a pain in the rain.
