  I’m new to the area and my car completely died on me early Monday morning. After jumping it, I called Harry’s Auto Repair and Kam said he was able to see me right away. I brought it in and Scott took care of me and had me up and running within the hour. Great service and nice people, can’t ask for much more!!

  I am always happy 😊 to ❤️ go to Macy's. I was to buy a I went to buy a perfume, but I bought 2 pairs of jeans and a fall coat because they were 50% off. Good quality 👌 👏 👍

  I had an amazing experience here at Harry’s automotive. Charlie and Scott were exceptional to me. I have never received such amazing help from a mechanic shop before. I called them for help because another mechanic was not able to help me and Charlie right away said they could help and they did. The cost was reasonable and their shop atmosphere is very clean and nice. I’m very grateful!

  My 2020 Hyundai is running superbly, thanks to Charlie, Kam and the highly trained trustworthy service team. Charlie made me feel calm and confident that my car was in good hands. Charlie and Kam went above and beyond good customer service, empathy, patient and understanding. Both gentlemen provided great communication seamlessly regardless of who answered the phone. They sent me an emailed to review the full diagnostics report and overall concerns. Kam took the time to help me understand what issues were important to take care of now versus later, he was honest and his confidence was key, to trust his knowledge and his unrivaled experience. I never felt stressed about safety or security leaving my car at Harry's Auto Repair Shop. They are an approved AAA Auto Repair shop, and their technicians are ASE certified or factory trained. Which means they have met the industry standard for auto repair and they also undergo rigorous inspections by AAA. The team has done an excellent job with my essential transportation for work. I didn't doubt they could help get my car running again and get me back on the road so soon. It was reasonably priced, everyone is approachable and friendly, but most importantly, I relied on their expertise. I highly recommend the work they do. Added Bonus: I was able to make a reservation over the phone with Enterprise Saturday at 11am and secure a rental car for myself before I arrive to Harry's Auto Repair, it is a 5 minute walk next door from the repair shop. This was a huge relief for me, meanwhile my car was out of commission, I was able have a productive weekend and attend all my important appointments and meetings in the meantime. God is good🙏

  My Jeep broke down and I had AAA Tow it here. They got it up and running again for a whole lot less than i was expecting. Friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with, this is now the shop I will use when in town and when local family needs car repairs. If you need a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic in Pleasanton, this is the place you've been looking for. They are AAA approved.
