  I've rented cars from this location multiple times over the last few years. Today I learned that they will no longer be offering me a ride to my house 5 Mi away. So I guess this will be the absolute last time I ever go to this location. Kate denied my ride, even though there are destinations within Pleasanton that are further than my home. She said only rides within the city. Vanessa had amazing customer service and she definitely rectified the brake issue. Also, my rental car had warped brake rotors that made the steering wheel shudder while descending back from Tahoe.

  We are so grateful for the awesome service we received with Enterprise. We needed a last minute booking after another rental company let us down and Enterprise came through with flying colors! Thanks, Enterprise!

  This this review is for this particular location and Enterprise corporate. The location staff is totally irresponsible. Right before the spring break they sent out a note saying car is not available. Overbooked. Unwilling to search any other location or help me out with any vehicle at all. Ruined the whole one week vacation. Had to cancel all the hotel bookings which never got reimbursed and unhappy family. So don't rent from this location ever!!! Now Enterprise corporate it another "don't care about the customer" company. They said they will arrange something from another location. Never heard back from them. This is after I have a confirmed reservation that was booked 3 weeks in advance. How horrible can this company be? Another of their competitors, the one with yellow colors, is down the street and they're always helpful. Costco should cancel their contract with the Enterprise as well, cuz they'd reflect bad on the Costco brand! Costco helped book the car at Enterprise from their travel site for us.

  The people at the office were very friendly and helpful, especially considering the people ahead of us were being nit picky (there is DUST on the wheels) and indecisive (which of these two almost identical sedans will hold more??). They made the process easy and quick, would definitely recommend this enterprise to anyone.

  Staff was very professional and efficient, especially Nikhil who helped me when I picked up the truck. Great experience overall and very well priced.
