  I made an appointment for 7:30am on December 6, 2025. Upon arrival, the store was closed. At 7:50am a tech arrived and opened the store. He stated that the store manager called him that morning to state she was to be out. An additional tech arrived at about 8:30am, but no front desk help. I purchased a single tire and it took until 11:20am to get my truck back. Four hours to get a tire changed, with an appointment. Additionally the waiting room was 40°F and miserable to wait in. Beyond unexceptionable. The tech was doing what he could, but the district manager should have fixed the shortage of personal or called all of the appointments and rescheduled.

  I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. They took 5 hours to fix a simple flat tire, charged me full price, and to make matters worse, the tire was flat again the very next day. Unbelievable!

  Awful! Made an apt this morning for 10am appointment and was told they had availability ALL day and it would be around 20 mins to patch my tire. I get there at 10 and the lady said their call center is crazy, they have no availability. I can only drop off my car and it would be done by OED at the earliest... With 2 kids 🤯

  Avoid this shop at all costs — not worth your time or respect. I drove over 40 minutes to make my confirmed 5PM appointment at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, only to be met with the most unprofessional and disrespectful service I’ve experienced at any auto shop. When I arrived, there was no parking available, so I politely asked one of the employees with dreads where I could park. Instead of offering basic courtesy or assistance, he snapped at me in a rude and dismissive tone, saying “park wherever, but not there.” That alone set the tone for how poorly this place treats customers. When I walked inside, the front desk lady was equally unhelpful and extremely rude. She flat-out denied any record of my appointment, even though it had been confirmed earlier, and talked down to me the entire time. No apology, no effort to help, just complete disregard for my time and business. If this is how Tire Choice Auto Service Centers treats paying customers — with zero professionalism, communication, or respect — then I strongly recommend taking your car anywhere else. There are plenty of tire shops that actually value their customers and know how to provide proper service. This location has clearly forgotten what customer service means. Don’t waste your time, your gas, or your patience here.
