  Harry’s is great! Needed wiring repaired and everyone else I called recommended going to the dealer but Harry’s said they could take care of it and they did! They were kind and communicative during the repair process and the price was better than I expected. I’m a happy customer!!

  My Jeep broke down and I had AAA Tow it here. They got it up and running again for a whole lot less than i was expecting. Friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with, this is now the shop I will use when in town and when local family needs car repairs. If you need a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic in Pleasanton, this is the place you've been looking for. They are AAA approved.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. They had my car back to me the same day. They gave me a ride home and dropped my car off at my home. I thank them very much for that help.

  I came in looking for help because I made a mistake wiring for a DIY audio upgrade. It turned out into a pretty big problem. The friendly staff were super patient and helpful. They listened to me and my situation and did an outstanding job going above and beyond, they were 100% honest even though the time it took them to finish the job was a lot longer then what we agreed on originally they still kept the price we agreed upon the same. Honesty is so important in the automotive buisness. Amazing buisness and I highly recommend. Thank you so much to the friendly staff.

  These guys were amazing! I was quoted $3,400 from another mechanical shop to fix a guide bolt and left control arm, but when I came here, they assessed my car immediately and fixed the problem on the spot. They are extremely transparent with pricing, honest, and truly run a great business. They ended up saving me about $3,000 by coming here. The price was fantastic, and the quality of work was absolutely worth it. If you want honest service and to save yourself the stress and extra cost, I highly recommend coming here. These guys were awesome!
