- AMAli MahmoudNov 23, 20251.0One of the worst experiences I had to deal with, especially when the car, I rented it smells like weed and smoke and when I went back and I asked to change the car they told me there’s nothing we can do for you, there is no available cars for you to exchange and recommended me to go all the way to Oakland airport to change the car while I have a trip tomorrow morning. Also the guy who was helping me Erick, was no help at all.

On the day of pick up I checked in and as I was leaving to pick up the vehicle I got a call from a male employee saying I booked a car today and they overbooked. I booked the car 3 days in advance, not that morning. How do you overbook. Ive never had this experience before and I rent cars on a regular basis through an alternate provider for work and leisure. I only booked with this company as my usual was sold out. I will never use or recommend this company who ruined our vacation and at the last minute so losing hotel booking etc. Other friends also shared their experience that this company charged them $300 for things they didnt use and refused to refund. Be very careful. Avoid at all costs
