They had an extra person follow me around the car looking like he was ready to pounce on me if I made the wrong move. Never been treated so disrespectfully like this at Enterprise on Pimlico in Pleasanton in my life and I have rented there dental times on the same day and I am a preferred customer. They need to for these disrespectful punks working there.
- VGVaibhav GuptaJan 14, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Pleasanton location. The customer service was poor and felt deliberately obstructive. The representative kept pushing an upsell for a higher category vehicle and refused to provide a car within my approved insurance limits, despite my insurance authorization being clear. What makes this worse is that the Enterprise website clearly shows cars available that fall within those limits and even allows booking them online. However, at the counter, suddenly those cars were “not available.” This feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst. It honestly seems like a routine tactic used on insurance customers to force upgrades or turn them away. Wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and showed zero effort to actually help the customer. I would not recommend this location if you are renting through insurance.
