    Hunter who helped us with both picking up and dropping off the rental went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very polite and very patient with some troubles I had. Overall probably my best enterprise experience!

    I’ve rented from Enterprise several times, yet for some reason only one rental appears in my rewards account. Additionally, the billing was inconsistent—one charge reflected a certain rate, while several individual daily charges were applied in between a larger lump sum, which was confusing and concerning. That said, I do want to highlight one positive part of my experience. The employee in the Placerville location, Hunter was extremely helpful during the return process. He was efficient, friendly, and had a genuinely positive attitude, which made a noticeable difference. Out of all the Enterprise employees I’ve interacted with, he truly stands out as someone who is attentive and committed to providing great customer service.

    This business gave me a car that was defective and the customer service was horrible. The guy was so rude when trying to get the car when mine was in the shop.

    Oscar at the Placerville branch was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. Easy professional experience. All of the employees at this location are always great. It is not stressful as many rental car offices can be around all the different places traveled. Placerville Enterprise is always a breeze.
