- BGBranden GagnonJan 24, 20261.0So this is the third time something has happened like this, but my truck was stranded with a damaged rortor, I checked online, they had the part, i called and confirmed, and sent someone 1 hour to pick it up, the store was shown a snapshot of the part and part number off of their website, and they still managed to retrieve the wrong part. After getting the wrong part, I called again, therr was no apology, and again they said they had the part in stock. And to come swap it. I sent my friend back down for another hour drive, she gets there, and even though their system says they have it in stock, they don't... So obviously they never even checked...disgusting customer service, i will now be doing all my business at O'reilly's. If you're thinking of having your wife help you get parts from Autozone, DONT do that to her, they'll be rude to her and she'll come back with the wrong part!

- NRNikosan ROct 29, 20251.0I called yesterday and spoke with store associate Myles, asked if they have spark plug tube seals and he said yes and to bring the old one to make sure. I asked him politely again to make sure since it is a 31 mile drive one way and he got annoyed. Arrived at the store and Myles said they do not have it on stock and asked him why did he confirm? He was not apologetic and said that I thought you asked about fuses then added sarcastically I guess we don’t stock them and we can order them. I walked out of the store upset and called and complained to the Store Manager and Area Manager about Myles. I would have let it go if Myles admitted his mistake and apologized but his rude attitude and putting the blame on me was unacceptable. Both managers apologized about his behavior.
