  I love this branch, been going for years! The managers always get promoted and everyone is so nice and courteous, not to mention the staff!! I am older, work in retail and I know what good service is! I get discounts at other dealers, but Enterprise is my choice. Great rates, great service and the cars I want, clean and spotless inside.!! So worth renting at this branch!!

  5 Stars – Enterprise Turned a Stressful Situation Into a Relief I was recently rear‑ended, and in the middle of the chaos of dealing with repairs, insurance, and suddenly needing a car, Enterprise became the one part of the process that actually made me feel taken care of. Even though the other party’s insurance covered the rental, the initial setup was confusing — it was put under “reimbursement billing” instead of “direct billing,” and there was hesitation about approving a midsize vehicle comparable to mine. At a moment when I already felt overwhelmed, it was the last thing I needed. That’s when the Enterprise team stepped in. They didn’t just hand me keys — they advocated for me. They picked me up, brought me to the autobody shop, and then went out of their way to speak directly with the insurance company to fix the billing issue and make sure I got the car I actually needed. I genuinely felt like someone was on my side. When my rental had to be extended, they handled it instantly and sent updated confirmation without me having to chase anyone down. Every interaction was friendly, patient, and reassuring. In a situation that could have been stressful from start to finish, Enterprise made it smooth, human, and surprisingly comforting.   I needed a car ASAP because of a car accident, and they helped me out right away and the Chevy Malibu itself was great as well. Definitely would recommend Enterprise.

  A clean car, windshields were filthy. Windshield washer fluid tank was completely empty. Clean windshields are very very important to me. Overall very pleased with the kind courteous representatives. Thank you, Andrew
