  Non OEM parts! I was aware of Pittsburg Automotive and had already planned to use them the next time I needed a shop, so my first visit ended up being an after hours tow truck drop off. There is a night drop box. I filled out the envelope and dropped my key in. I was contacted early the next morning to discuss what I wanted and the diagnostic fee. Turned out there was a busted radiator hose. I agreed to have them replace it and do the related work. They got it finished that first work day. When I picked up the car, they would have forgotten to return my parts if I had not asked about them being an aftermarket brand. It was it this point that they disclosed that they had installed hoses from the same aftermarket brand. They DID NOT ask me if they could use anything other than Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts! This is the reason for my low rating. I have checked carefully. The coolant they put in is pink as it should be. I still suspect it is not OEM, but pink should be OK.

  Nancy, you are a horrible customer service sales desk associate. You state one thing, and then claim, that's not what you said. You lie to customers and then have the nerve to get upset when we are upset with your false statements. In defense, you tell the customer "If this isn't working out you could just come pick up your vehicle" You give out false information on materials used during repairs. Then on top of that the diagnostic was never fully done or the failure our car had going on would have been noticed and visually seen. You cost me and my family 500 unnecessary dollars to cover the cost of diagnosis and service. No way would I ever come back to this car facility for that cheap free oil change you guys sent in the mail for us to use. No thank you I don't want to played and lied to again.
