I can begin to say how many good things this man has done for me but for so many others. Respect the man and my experience was just with intoxalock customer service ONLY.Worst customer service i ever encountered. I can't even begin to write the issues and stress. UPDATE 1/22/25- I received a call from Daniel with tech support with intoxalock I was not expecting after my horrible experience. Daniel listened to my frustration and IT was working on issue and issued me a credit for next month payment and gave me his direct line if any other issues arise. This made me emotional. Thank you Daniel for listening and helping me through this difficult stressful time.
