However, the necessary DMV documentation was not sent to the service center by Intoxalock. I took time off work on 01/23 to process everything at the DMV and remove the restriction from my license, but as of today, 01/25, I still have no confirmation or timeline on when this will be resolved. Let me be clear: this issue has nothing to do with the service center and everything to do with Intoxalock’s incompetence. The support system is abysmal—live chat doesn’t work, and I’ve spent at least two hours on hold since having the device removed. This entire experience has been a nightmare, through no fault of my own. Beware of this company and their subpar “crackerjack box” support. If you’re considering using their services, think twice.
