  My battery blew up nearby so I managed to get the car into the parking lot. I asked for a test of the battery and alternator. The associate came out and hooked the cables to the battery. He told me it was completely dead and they put in a replacement. I am not a car person and have little beyond basic knowledge. It's not my job to know that you have to start the car to test an alternator. The employee didn't ask me to start the car so he could not have tested the alternator like I had asked him causing the new battery to die two hours later on the side of I-80. You cost me hundreds of dollars for a tow.

  Monika is absolutely one of the rudest customer service employees I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I watched her just treat some struggling, hard of hearing elderly people like absolute garbage. I understand being disgruntled in these roles, but she was unhelpful and downright rude to everyone she spoke with. What a terrible human being.

  I called there to check the warranty on a bad battery I purchased from them. I explained to the woman helping me that the battery fully discharges after a day. She immediately blamed my alternator. I let her know that the battery was not in the car or hooked up when this happened. She then tried to convince me that all batteries will discharge in a day. I asked why the batteries on their shelves don’t go dead and she responded that new batteries haven’t been activated yet so they remain fully charged until you run current through them via an alternator. Wow. That’s the bs you’ll get when you go to this location. Shop there with caution and don’t count on her guidance for anything. I’ll get my battery exchanged from a different location.

  I've always lived in this area and I always get my parts at this Autozone. The last time I came here I was looking for parts I needed for my accord and Zimraan helped me find the correct parts. Now I'm happy that my car runs smoother. Thanks Zimraan!
