  Not one courtesy call to return the vehicle. Had to pay 200.00 out of pocket.

  Employees at the Pico Rivera location are very friendly and helpful. Every time I've gone they're very busy, but yet take the time with each person and help them as much as they can. They go above and beyond and even though the environment looks overwhelming, they stay calm. Customer service is definitely their number one goal there. They worked with me and helped me to get an SUV when there was not any available. I returned the vehicle just a few minutes after closing, and instead of turning Me away and say we're closed, he took the vehicle and helped me with the return. They even offered to stay a few minutes more so I can put the rest of the gas that I needed so I won't be charged. I was just so impressed with their level of customer service. I've been to multiple Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations and they were nothing like this one. I am going to recommend it to anyone that needs a rental and I will definitely be returning customer.

  I wanted to say thank to Elizabeth and Steve they were helpful from the beginning to the end .Professional and polite .I needed a car on new years eve and they were able to get me one before closing thank you enterprise.
