  Autozone needs more employees like JERRY!! went in for a car battery right before work and JERRY had me up and out within 20 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

  Just had the pleasure of dealing with JERRY the parts manager and his attitude from the moment I went up to the counter he was rude argumentative and had a tone not fit for customer service but called himself the manager. Went to return a tire spray that didn't work had my receipt but that wasn't good enough for Jerry. Waiting to hear from store manager Lexi to resolve this unnecessary and unwarranted refusal. P.s don't judge a book by its cover Jerry just cuz I was in sweats and looked homely you thought u could talk to me a certain way and judge me. I'm sure you don't want people looking at you and judging your looks Jerry.

  Called for a part person go answers the phone was nice ..then a women answers the phone and she was so disrespectful don't know why ..maybe she didn't want to work that day .May be changing stores. 1 star because of that person .didn't even get a price
