  Justin at the Petaluma Enterprise was fantastic. My car was ready to go before they even opened, the process was smooth, and he was personable and professional the entire time. He even called before closing to remind me about overnight drop-off and explain exactly where to leave the keys. Top-tier service from start to finish.

  2 stars because it’s clear the staff is doing their best, but y'all need to get them more help. I was on hold for close to an hour this morning trying to confirm my pickup before I gave up and asked the concierge at my hotel to try. Got a message in return saying they “weren’t sure” if they could. Tried to call again, couldn’t get through. Finally took an uber. Now I’m waiting in line behind people who are still negotiating for what kind of car they’re getting and how they’ll pay, so I’m not sure what the benefit of checking in online was. Dude behind the counter just had to leave to get a minivan touched up. I was supposed to take my friend to the airport but with no end in sight for the check in, she’s giving up and paying for a second uber of the day. This guy is hustling, but seriously. Get them some freaking help.

  I had a very good experience dealing with this location specifically Justin. He helped me out in a very professional manner and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I will definitely use them again as they give good service and are professional and helpful.
