  I was passing by and figured I'd use my monthly membership. Got my quick wash and was very happy as always with my wash. Bumped into Chris there, cool guy, I'll be returning whenever I'm out here. Felt like family there.

  I normally don’t have any issues when washing the car or cleaning it. I always tend to get extra rags and return the old ones that are in the car. Thus there has never been a problem with my use of them or how much I get. Today I was harassed by William who kept coming up to me asking about the rags about how many I have. This has never happened at any location. It was really bothersome and annoying having to explain to somebody about the rags on my dash. This literally makes me rethink about renewing the membership I have and about even coming to this location. I did not feel the need to explain on how I return them and how I have a toddler and how I normally use them and that I do it everyday and return them accordingly. Honestly such a mood killer and makes me not want to come to this location anymore. I don’t understand what was his problem and why he kept bothering me about it.While I understand your towel policy, being approached multiple times felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I’ve observed other customers doing the same without being addressed, which made the interaction feel targeted. I expect to be treated with the same respect and consistency as any other customer.

  Quiero dejar este mensaje xq me parece un lugar no responsable q primero le venden a uno una membresía con mentiras y no dejan las cosas claras como es posible q le pago con mi tarjeta de hay me ofrecen una promoción para un segundo carro les acepto la promoción y de hay cuando llevo a lavar el 2 carro no aparece registrado después q me debitaron el pago de la tarjeta voy y hablo nadie meda razón de nada y de hay cuando llego el próximo mes me descuentan nuevamente 60 dólares de hay voy y hago el reclamo y me dicen q en cuatro días me reembolsan el dinero a la cuenta ya van más de 10 días y nadie responde ni los correos q les envié mucho cuidado con ese lugar le sacan el dinero cada mes y ni siquiera el valor de la supuesta membresía

  I'm glad this place is good, because it's in a very convenient location for my commute. They left my car spotless, I've never seen it this clean. Seems to be pretty short staffed or something a lot of the time though, which is a shame. Only about 3 people I could tell there today, especially with the demand. Still, they do quality work. Highly recommend.

  The staff is very friendly! They answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed. They did an amazing job, it was nice to find a good wash place like this. Would be nice to see them get more staffing, as they always seem to be short staffed. Great place!
