  Took over an hour at 11am to check in, and wait for a person to bring the vehicle out. Busy on a Sunday morning. Returning on a Tuesday evening, was easier.

  They have the dirtiest cars and are very inefficient. You have to wait for someone to call you and take you to get a car instead of getting keys and picking your range. You are better off renting from the airport. Anywhere but here. I attempted to use their vacuums after the Cleaner said it was ok to remove the cat hair that was all in the car )the old turn key ignition type at that) once I finished, the driver seat the agent comes to say it’s a safety hazard for me to clean the car that you have to me dirty. Never mind the first car they tried to give me with the seat hardware coming off. Disappointment is beyond what I can describe. Dirty, broke car and half tank of gas. I hope to God that I ever have to rent from this location. Enterprise has been soo good up until I encountered this location.

  Well, I will say I am absolutely impressed with Anna. I originally came on here to complain about them and left the below. Review and the good news is they did the right thing. They called me, they took care of it didn't even see this yet im sure. I'm genuinely appreciative of them taking Immediate action to get this result.So if there were ten stars, I would give them for taking this action!!! Never expected such a quick and great resolution!!!!! Hi all! The actual customer service is pretty friendly. However, there was a huge misunderstanding about when I said I did not want any protection plans. They still kept 1 protection plan and it was the most expensive of all (I learned they had 4 different plans). And I clearly said, I don't want any protection plans when I got the car. And since I just barely saw the charge pending on my card, I guess I have to pay through today. And now paying more than what it costs to rent the vehicle in the fees for protection plan. This was quite upsetting, definitely lesson learned to ask more than once to confirm that my desire was actually followed.

  Disappointing experience called made a reservation and told we were good asked if there was anything I needed to do and was told no. I showed up for my 2:30 pickup and got told the vehicle I confirmed was not available, and was offered a truck instead of a van. I then watched the Pacifica Van I confirmed get rented to someone else and drive off. The manager said that’s the only choice of vehicle… so don’t count on management, and don’t count on enterprise corporate number in your reservations. Consumer beware doing business as Enterprise gives no guarantees with your confirmed reservation, seems like it’s a loose term to pacify customers. Also as shown in the photo larger band were available but not given as an option. Disappointing and unprofessional way of doing business.
