  Staff was great, helpful, and friendly. Registration process was smooth and efficient. The cost could have been lower, but it still beat the competition, so there you go.

  The car I received was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thank you to the staff member who handed over the vehicle and the staff who helped with the drop off. They were extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their excellent customer service made the experience even better. I really appreciate the welcoming and professional service and would definitely choose Enterprise again!

  We had rented our car from a Quebec City location for 11 days and on day 2 after 1000 kms to PEI the tire pressure alignment warning light came on. We bought a tire pressure meter ourselves and could see one was overinflated and one was under inflated and bought a pump too to fix the pressure ourselves. I still thought it would be a good idea to have an Enterprise look at it so we brought it in to this PEI location as it was closest to our accommodations. I regret not leaning the name of the staff member who helped us but he was extremely helpful, checked all the tires and released more pressure for us, and sprayed foam on the under inflated tire to try to find a puncture. He also advised us on the process to get the problem rectified if the decrease in pressure continued to occur and indicate a minor puncture. We left feeling well taken care of and we hadn’t even rented from this location. Superb customer service.
