  Service was super easy and fast. Juan was speedy and respectful. Kathy who helped me with booking the service was also very friendly and the whole experience took like 15 mins.

  I came in for a tune up and was prepared to spend a lot but service was very fairly priced. Everyone here is so polite and attentive. Fantastic service! And it was all quick as well. I will make this my new car service location from now on.

  I went to this location for an oil change and check in on my Honda Pilot on Friday, March 27. I normally go to the dealership for everything, but wanted to have a different option hopefully less expensive I was immediately greeted with a wave hello by one of the representatives, even when I was pulling in. Everybody was great, explained what they were doing and provided an update while I waited. Great team collaboration as well. Loved seeing the two women working there too!

  This Jiffy Lube location has become mine and my husband‘s go to place for oil changes. It’s around 100 usually a little bit more for full synthetic. Everybody here has always shown kindness and really great customer service. Today, I was helped out by a sweet woman, it was really nice to see a woman in this industry. It helps young girls going to get their oil change for the first time feel less intimidated. I wanted to get my tires rotated today as well, but they were unable to due to the size of their bay they suggested another location that have larger space and it is more of a full service kind of a place and I really appreciated that. They are also always very quick and informative and they don’t try to convince you that you need something when you don’t. They’ll make suggestions like showing you the air filter, but it’s never felt pushy or uncomfortable.

  I went to Jiffy Lube instead of Brake Masters, where I normally go for maintenance, specifically because I had a coupon for $26 off my next oil change, but when I went to present my coupon, they said it wasn't valid at that location. My text did not say anything about it being specific to one particular location, which I told them, but they refused to give me the discount that I came there for. (The person at the desk who refused me the discount I was led on with is named Carson.) His condescending remark about the amount I ended up paying was, "that's still a really good price for an oil change," when I know I've paid less elsewhere, and having worked in retail for many years myself, I know that denying a customer a discount when it was falsely advertised to them is just bad business all around. I basically was ripped off by this company and scammed into paying more for an oil change, because if the text had said it was for a specific location I would never have gone here. The entire company scammed me, so this is the last time I'll ever visit a Jiffy Lube ever again.
