When I wanted to extend the duration of the rental, just a phone call and everything worked. Very uncomplicated staff members, no nit-picking about foreigner driver licence, a perfect service oriented team. I can recommend this Rental location. Thumbs up.
- MMME109CITOMar 18, 20265.0From day one of me needing a rental last year, I have been treated with respect, patience and listened to as to what my needs on a rental were. this year unfortunately I was. involved in an accident and needed a rental, I didn't even have to think of where to go, I came back to Enterprise and more specifically to the Lincoln location in Pasadena. The staff here always receives me with a smile and a great choice of vehicles from which to choose. One day, they didn't have the particular vehicle I wanted, but they located one at the Fair Oaks location down the street, so I was directed to go there for the exchange and the staff there was more than helpful, and I got the rental I wanted. All in all, always have been greatful and satisfied with the help and service received at Enterprise.

The wait time was quite long only to be told "I'm sorry, I'm not taking calls right now. It's just me at the branch and I can't take calls." This is not the first time this happened and it's very unprofessional.
