  I had to get a rental through Enterprise through auto insurance. They were very transparent on how long I would keep the car, anything they required for us to return the car, transparency in purchases, and extensions. I initially paid $150 as a hold for incidentals which I got back after returning the car. I needed to pay out-of-pocket after the insurance claim was completed and it was very cheap. They allowed me a prorated amount since it was already through the insurance. I had many questions and called the location. Brian was very friendly and answered all of them. A quick phone call was just what I needed to extend my car rental. I received my receipt in email as well. I would definitely come here again

  Brian and Micayla at the Pasadena location were terrific! Even when the office was busy, they were very accommodating, patient and ready to help their customers. They were easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. Couldn’t recommend them and this branch more!

  I'm probably spelling her name wrong, but McKayla provided excellent customer service. Friendly, attentive and made the rental process very easy.

  My experience at Enterprise was great. Micalah and Brian assisted me and they were both very professional, courteous and helpful. The gentleman that picked me up from the car repair shop to bring me to Enterprise for my Car Rental was also great. I enjoy great customer service and they definitely provided that. I will definitely use Enterprise again in the future.
