  I got cancelled on by a different company a day before I needed a full size SUV for my trip. Enterprise was super easy to book over the phone and ensured they had my vehicle available. Pick up and drop off was super fast and easy. The female employee (I forgot her name) helped me with pick up and drop off on 04/24/2026 morning and 04/26/2024 morning. She was super nice, helpful, and friendly. I recommend this business and will be using it in the future.

  Foothill boulevard location in pasadena. The car was fine. However, the delays getting it was not a great experience. Eta was 20 minutes for pick up, then after 20 minutes they said another 15 minutes, however it took about 45 mins from the request to be picked up. The driver Daniel was lovely and apologized. At the rental place the manager lady was not friendly at all plus there was no car for me so I began calling around other locations. Another person took over called Colby who was lovely throughout the process and found a car at another location which he took me to. After a 20 minute drive, the new place had sent out the car to have the tires inflated so yet another delay. Overall it took 2.5 hours to get the car. This is not acceptable. Please do not say you have a car available if you do not. If someone has a reservation a car should be ready and waiting. I suggest you follow the underpromise over deliver moto.

  I had a great experience overall. The process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made everything very convenient. I also appreciated how easy the pickup and return process was. Thank you for providing reliable service—I would definitely use Enterprise again.

  Colby at Enterprise is a total lifesaver!! Super helpful, genuinely soo kind, and secured a rental car by delivery in under an hour (!!) which saved everything. He always takes care of me every time I come in and makes everything feel easy and stress-free.☀️ AAND! Daniel over there, is a legend!! . Every time I come in he’s so helpful, kind and such a hard worker🤍 He even helped me move car seats! which makes such a difference and takes so much stress off. He makes the whole process feel easy and seamless every time. Highly recommend him always! ADDED LATER*** Denise was amazing!! 💛 Super helpful, sweet, and easy to work with. She made everything quick and stress-free and was so kind the whole time. Truly the best!! ✨SHE EVEN HELPED ME MOVE MY CARSEATS !!😭

  Denise at this location was absolutely horrible to us. I set up a rental for my sister through her insurance company, which is who made the booking. As soon as it came time to show proof of insurance, she said she only wanted to speak with the adjuster. We showed her the declarations page, which was valid, and we even got the agent who owns the agency on the phone to confirm coverage. She said that neither of those would suffice because she needed to speak with the adjuster. I do not believe she understands what an adjuster is or what their job is when it comes to confirming coverage. After we finally got ahold of someone to confirm coverage, she then told my sister that her license was invalid because it could not be read by their scanner and said it must not be a real license. After this entire ordeal, we went to the other Enterprise location on Colorado Boulevard. We had a much better experience there and were able to get a rental car with no problems at all. Her license scanned and was read without any issue. I would highly advise against using this location, or at least against working with Denise. It was a very disappointing experience. My sister had just gotten her car totaled and simply needed a rental so she could get to work. Photo attached is for confirmation the rental was at this location and this is a real review incase the owner tries having this removed by Google.
