It’s my first time going toToyota Pasadena, I have to say I was so surprised about this place, very good Toyota dealer, with good management and good organization ! Andy Chow who received me that I particularly wanted to mention, professional and very responsible person who always answered my phone calls my text messages, and returned call very promptly, I really saw in him working and getting thing done enthusiasm, also willingness to bring satisfaction to customer, not only before my purchase and even after. This is the first time I have satisfaction with car dealer.

Never go to this place. The filter which costs $17 in marketplace they charge $1105. The advisors and managers lie to customers. Very bad service. The advisor told me your vehicle is not 4*4, but it is. They don’t even take a detailed look at the vehicle they are servicing.

I had gone to 2 different dealerships before, sales people were pushy and they were just trying to sell you anything. Patron at Pasadena was able to help me, he was patient and answered all my questions, because if him I decided to move forward and made the decision to get my car here.
The only issue I have is that when you purchase a service you should be able to do that service at a dealership closer to your house. Very inconvenient to have to drive 80+ miles.

The salesman I worked with to buy my car was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall, gave me a good buying experience. The sales manager that closed my deal could have done more in regards to the transparency of the deal, but overall I am satisfied with the process, and love my Crown Signia more each day I drive it. The Crown Signia exceeds my expectations for quality, workmanship, style and design.

Stopped by to test drive a used Mazda CX-90 and had a good experience with Gabe and Yaneli. They were professional, responsive, and there was no pressure at all. Even though we didn’t end up making a deal, they were great to work with and I appreciated their help. Would recommend asking for them if you stop by.
