I had the most pleasant experience getting my dream car at Toyota of Pasadena. Everything was done in a timely manner. It felt like a family owned business that truly caters to their customers and community. No one was pushy for a sale and everyone was very accommodating to my needs. The GM Sandra went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my budget. The sales assistant Thomas, was easy going and very informative about the car I was test driving. Arbi the trade in specialist took care of my trade in with ease. And Paul the finance manager, got me out of there quickly with no pressure sales, and without hours of waiting. After all my years of dealing with dealerships, this was by far the best experience yet. Thank you.

I went to several dealerships and Toyota of Pasadena not only had the best price, but the best people. I never felt any pressure, which is more than I can say for other dealerships, and they went above and beyond to secure the vehicle I wanted. Jimmy was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Drove away with my dream car, 10/10 would buy from them again.

I was comparing various trucks and didn't get good support from other dealers. I gave Toyota of Pasadena a shot and was impressed. No pressure sales, and most importantly if the rep didn't know something, he looked it up and got back to me. Purchased a great truck with all the features I wanted. Closed the deal over email and it was a seamless process. Ask for Patron. Finance manager Alex was excellent as well.

My wife was looking at a Lexus on their lot, and the sales guy could care less. Terrible customer service. He kept pushing a Rav 4 over and over. Didn't even bother to try to work with us. He wasn't rude, but he was probably thinking about what time he was getting off his shift. Overall, the sales people have a "too bad, don't really care" attitude. Sad because we bought her last car there. Oh well. We talking to other dealers who actually care.

This dealer deliberately misled me by using deceptive sales tactics. Sales Manager Yaneli Bernal agreed in writing to sell me a Toyota Crown Platinum Stk# TU2056 with monthly payments of $649 and $5,000 down on a 72 month term, then when it came time to complete the purchase transaction, Yaneli presented a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia Stk# T251746A, which is a less expensive vehicle. Yaneli baited me with the Crown Platinum Stk# TU2056, ran my credit under the false pretense of this phony non-existent deal, and then switched me into the Crown Signia Stk# T251746A without disclosure. Yaneli tried to cheat me, plain and simple.
