  I had a great experience at Toyota of Glendale, and I especially want to recognize Armen Injijian for his outstanding customer service. From start to finish, Armen was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your decision. Armen went above and beyond, and it really made a difference. Highly recommend asking for Armen if you’re visiting Toyota of Glendale — you’ll be in great hands!

  The staff were very helpful and efficient. The car I was originally looking at was sold, so they got another car from another dealership the day of. Picked me up at my place to test drive the new car. Really appreciate them for going out of their way to help me get the car I wanted!

  Toyota of Pasadina was a great experience! From start to finish. And a special shout out to Patty Silva, my sales person. She was very pleasant. I never felt pressured. She simply helped me find what I was looking for, and did an outstanding job at getting me the best deal possible! I'd give her 6 stars out of 5! Thank you Patty!

  No one likes car trouble especially on a brand new one. Unfortunately, my one month old/ 800 miles 2026 Corolla, was having a problem not even the computer diagnosis could reveal. Toyota Pasadena stuck with me through it all: my verbal and written explanations, a 7 minute video of the car’s behavior, and some pleading to be believed. Thank God that Arbi Amirian – Sales Manager patiently listened to the whole story and introduced me to Eddie Arteaga - Service Director. Eddie along with Freddie Caraballo not only believed me, but they also methodically worked on figuring out the problem until they could replicate it! Toyota Corporate recommended replacement of the transmission at no expense to me. THAT is excellent customer service. Toyota Pasadena provided a free rental car for the duration of the process. As important as fixing the car, their respectful and helpful attitude towards me is why I am giving Toyota Pasadena 5 stars. Thank you for believing me and restoring my car to its proper functioning, brand new condition.

  Everyone in that we encounter within this dealership, were straightforward and transparent. This team works seamlessly . I went in to co-sign for my sister's new car. After she had a terrible customer service experience with Subaru (2 locations). My sister had a great experience, when her boyfriend came to this location to purchase his Tundra. I guess we're now a Toyota family. Thank you Matt, Yaneli and Mr. Villanueva!
