Tyler was particularly exceptional, friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining all details. He ensured the entire process was smooth and stress free. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. Drop off was equally easy with no issues. Overall, an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Sixt Pasadena and will definitely rent from them again.

- LMLogan McCarthyJan 18, 20261.0UPDATE: Two days after returning the car, I get an update via email that "New damage has been discovered". During drop-off both employees acknowledged the damage and apologized for renting it in this condition. I signed off on "no damage" cause during my rental even while talking about the existing damage. After the review was left and feedback was left to Sixt post-rental, they came back at me saying I caused this damage. Ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT. Original Review: While the price was reasonable and the staff was decently friendly, this location rents damaged vehicles. Attached photo was the damage to the vehicle at pickup. Other rental companies would have taken this vehicle out of rotation until it was repaired. When returning the car the staff said sometimes they "slip through the cracks" which is not an excuse for something like this. All cars are inspected upon return.
