I traveled from the Bay Area to pick up the car, and I chose Rusnak because their pricing was extremely competitive compared to other dealerships I spoke with. Because I was on a tight schedule to pick up the car and drive back home, it was important that most of the paperwork be completed in advance. Irina made sure everything was prepared ahead of time, leaving only minimal signing to be done at the dealership. She and her team also helped me with the initial setup of the car and walked me through the basics while the remaining paperwork was finalized. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove off, the entire process took less than 45 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience, and if I lease another Volvo in the future, I know exactly where I’ll be going.
