  Reserved a 26’ truck a week in advance. When I arrived first thing in the morning on moving day, the desk agent said they forgot to transfer the trucks from another facility. I say trucks because the customer behind me also needed a 26’. So I had to drive 30 min away to Montebello to get a truck from the larger main Penske facility there. Normally I let stuff like this go but this really messed up my out of state move and I had to pay my movers for extra time because I was over an hour late to provide a truck to load.

  I called the listed number and even though I got routed to a different location, they went above and beyond getting me the support and assistance I needed, then their work following up went the extra mile. Excellent trucks and wonderful folks to work with!

  Chris provided great customer service and made very helpful recommendations. I ended up going with this agency mostly because they opened early and I'm glad I did as Chris helped make our move far less stressful. The trucks don't have a lot of bells and whistles but it worked out well for a semi local move.
