When I arrived first thing in the morning on moving day, the desk agent said they forgot to transfer the trucks from another facility. I say trucks because the customer behind me also needed a 26’. So I had to drive 30 min away to Montebello to get a truck from the larger main Penske facility there. Normally I let stuff like this go but this really messed up my out of state move and I had to pay my movers for extra time because I was over an hour late to provide a truck to load.

The trucks don't have a lot of bells and whistles but it worked out well for a semi local move.
